As Gro CEO, David Eads is responsible for the strategic direction and worldwide operations of the company. He is a frequent industry speaker and veteran of the mobile banking industry. Prior to founding Gro, David was an early employee at mFoundry (now FIS) and Kony, in addition to holding positions at Tealeaf Technology (now IBM) and Spectrum EBP (also now FIS). David also founded Mobile Strategy Partners and is on the board of Xtensifi LLC.

As CTO, John sets the technology vision for Gro and ensures that our development organization delivers unique, market-leading mobile solutions. John has 25+ years in information technology with over 15 of those building enterprise mobility solutions in the USA and Europe. John has been the technical lead on the founding team of a number of high-growth mobile startups and also brings big company (Xerox) leadership and expertise. In the past five years, John had led the delivery of a number of mobile financial services solutions using the latest cloud platforms.

With more than 25 years of experience in technology across IT, sales, product development and management, Paul oversees all aspects of global sales efforts at Gro. Before joining Gro, Paul served as Director of Sales for Financial Services at Mitek Systems, where he led sales efforts in the North East U.S. and Canada. Prior to Mitek, he was a key contributor to the early success of Kony Solutions, increasing revenue from ~$1M to over $10M in just one year. While at Kony, Paul was an integral part of developing mobile strategies for some of the largest banks and insurance companies in the U.S. He has also held key sales and management roles at IBM and Versata. While at IBM he led a struggling sales team from last to first place in the North American Software Group in 2003. Paul’s impressive experience also includes successful tenures at Tealeaf, mFoundry and Oracle.
As VP of Product at Gro, Lee Willis is responsible for product strategy, product marketing and innovation programs, with a focus on enabling our clients to acquire, service and expand relationships in an increasingly complicated landscape. Prior to Gro, Lee worked for a Global Consulting Firm where he led large scale projects and set the overall IT strategy for several Fortune 500 companies. His project delivery lead experience includes mobile app development, high volume payment processing, accounting, and billing. Lee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
