As Gro CEO, David Eads is responsible for the strategic direction and worldwide operations of the company. He is a frequent industry speaker and veteran of the mobile banking industry. Prior to founding Gro, David was an early employee at mFoundry (now FIS) and Kony, in addition to holding positions at Tealeaf Technology (now IBM) and Spectrum EBP (also now FIS). David also founded Mobile Strategy Partners and is on the board of Xtensifi LLC.

As CTO, John sets the technology vision for Gro and ensures that our development organization delivers unique, market-leading mobile solutions. John has 25+ years in information technology with over 15 of those building enterprise mobility solutions in the USA and Europe. John has been the technical lead on the founding team of a number of high-growth mobile startups and also brings big company (Xerox) leadership and expertise. In the past five years, John had led the delivery of a number of mobile financial services solutions using the latest cloud platforms.

As CFO at Gro, John Fasano is responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, compliance and HR for the company. He has over 20 years of experience in the electronic payments and financial services industries combined with over 25+ years of accounting, finance and management experience. Prior to joining Gro, John was CFO at ControlScan and Firstview and SVP of Finance at Elevon, in addition to spending seven years at Ernst & Young. John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is a certified CPA.
As VP of Product at Gro, Lee Willis is responsible for product strategy, product marketing and innovation programs, with a focus on enabling our clients to acquire, service and expand relationships in an increasingly complicated landscape. Prior to Gro, Lee worked for a Global Consulting Firm where he led large scale projects and set the overall IT strategy for several Fortune 500 companies. His project delivery lead experience includes mobile app development, high volume payment processing, accounting, and billing. Lee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Steve Carothers is the Vice President of Sales at Gro. His leadership responsibilities focus on software growth from direct sales, partnerships and developing new revenue programs. A proven and versatile leader with over 25 years of experience, Steve previously served in senior positions as a General Manager, VP Sales and VP Strategic Partner Alliances. He has held senior positions at Hyperion Solutions and Ariba/SAP as well as smaller, entrepreneurial oriented companies. He has led initiatives resulting in growing process automation software bookings over 100% each year for multiple years. Steve earned B.S. degrees from Miami University in Economic Geography and Urban Planning.
Cristi Kirisits is the Director of Marketing for Gro where she is responsible for leading all aspects of marketing including strategy, content, lead gen, product, PR, and communications efforts. Cristi has 25 years of experience marketing B2B hardware and software technology, with over 15 years specifically in financial services and banking.
