David Eads, Chief Executive Officer
David Eads is the founder and CEO of Gro Solutions Inc. (Gro), a leading provider of sales enablement solutions for the financial services industry. Gro brings to the market the first platform to support desktop, native and mobile web account opening solutions and continues to be a thought leader and innovator in this space.
Eads is a frequent industry speaker and veteran of the mobile banking industry. David was an early employee at mFoundry (now FIS) and Kony, in addition to holding positions at Tealeaf Technology (now IBM) and Spectrum EBP (also now FIS).
Despite his executive duties, Eads makes time to write code weekly.
George Kelley, Chief Operating Officer
As the COO for Gro Solutions, George Kelley directs the operations of the company’s day to day business to make sure everything is running in top form. George has over two decades in the technology industry, with more than 15 of those years specifically in customer-facing Mobile, Internet and Voice delivery channels for financial services.
George is a pioneer in both mobile and online banking. His experience is comprised of product management, business development as well as managing implementation teams and technical support organizations.
George has helped build early mobile and online pioneers ClairMail, Financial Fusion (then Sybase 365 and now SAP), S1, and Edify Corporation. George is a former Marine Corps Communications Officer and holds a B.S. in Statistics (Computer Science Option) from The George Washington University, Washington, DC. George is based in Washington, DC.
Paul Mackowick, Chief Revenue Officer
With more than 25 years of experience in technology across IT, sales, product development and management, Paul oversees all aspects of Gro Solutions global sales and marketing efforts.
Before joining Gro Solutions, Paul served as Director of Sales for Financial Services at Mitek Systems, where he led sales efforts in the North East U.S. and Canada. Prior to Mitek, he was a key contributor to the early success of Kony Solutions, increasing revenue from ~$1M to over $10M in just one year.
While at Kony, Paul was an integral part of developing mobile strategies for some of the largest banks and insurance companies in the U.S. He has also held key sales and management roles at IBM and Versata. While at IBM he led a struggling sales team from last to first place in the North American Software Group in 2003. Paul’s impressive experience also includes successful tenures at Tealeaf, mFoundry and Oracle.
Brandon Kunz, VP Product
Brandon Kunz has spent the majority of his career helping financial institutions worldwide deploy best-of-breed mobile, online and payments solutions serving retail, small business and commercial clients.
As VP of Product at Gro Solutions, Brandon is responsible for product strategy, product marketing and innovation programs with a focus on enabling our clients to acquire, service and expand relationships in an increasingly complicated landscape.
Brandon brings over 20 years of experience to his role with an established track record in defining and launching a variety of innovative software solutions that have met the needs of tens of millions of people around the world. Previous successes include award-winning mobile banking, online banking, new account opening, remote deposit, branch banking and payments solutions.
Brandon previously held leadership positions in product management, marketing and sales at leading FinTech organizations including Jack Henry & Associates, S1 Corporation and Sybase. He is proficient in formulating and executing product and organizational strategies, roadmaps, partnerships, go-to-market campaigns and innovation programs. Brandon holds an MBA in Marketing and Technology Management from the University of Utah, David Eccles School of Business and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
